General Trades Technician
General Description:This position performs a variety of maintenance projects and preventative maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry. This is an entry to mid-level position.Duties and Tasks:Tasks may include the installation, repair and maintenance of multiple building systems.Assist other trades, perform safety checks, emergency response, maintain and order supplies and perform other duties as assigned.Performs inspections, repairs, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.Able to determine equipment, parts, and supplies needed to complete assignments.Completes work orders in a timely manner and records information in the computer maintenance management system.Must report and be on campus during deemed weather-related events and
